Harry, 41, is one of seven public figures suing ANL, the publisher behind the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday, alleging unlawful information gathering for stories published between the 1990s and 2011. ANL has denied the claims and insists its reporting was legitimately sourced.
Reuters has said the case could carry costs running into the tens of millions of dollars. Harry testified in January that tabloid coverage has continued to target him and made Meghan's life "an absolute misery," saying the litigation has only worsened the situation and that he seeks apology and accountability.
