The couple welcomed daughter Adelaide Elizabeth Annina on Monday, Aug. 3, at 6:20 pm in a Lisbon hospital. The baby weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and joins big brothers August Philip Hawke, 5, and Ernest George Ronnie, 3. The royal family's social pages shared a photo taken by Jack showing the newborn in a pink onesie and hat.

A name with history

Eugenie revealed the three-part name two weeks after the birth: Elizabeth is a tribute to her late grandmother, while Adelaide draws on Good Queen Adelaide and Maria Adelaide; Annina is of personal significance to the parents. She is styled as "Miss Adelaide Brooksbank," without a royal title.
